Application Instructions
- Preparation: Clean the pothole or repair area by sweeping away dust, loose debris, water, and oil. Ensure the surface is dry.
- Application: Pour PRO 1 Premix Asphalt into the area. For best results and thorough setting, pour and compact the material in layers.
- Compaction: Use heavy tools available—such as a shovel, steel bar, or sledgehammer—to compact the asphalt firmly from the bottom layer up to the surface to achieve a rock-solid finish.
Technical Data
- Coverage: Approximately 1 bag (20 kg) covers 0.25 sq.m. at a thickness of 5 cm.
- Curing Time: 2 – 3 days for full setting.
Storage and Shelf Life
- Store in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and air exposure.
- Shelf Life: 1 year (unopened). If the bag is not finished, seal the opening tightly to maintain product quality.
