CRS-2 Asphalt Emulsion consists of uniform asphalt particles integrated into a homogeneous mixture, making it convenient and easy to use. It is widely used in road surface construction and repairs, particularly for overlaying existing surfaces to enhance bonding and adhesion.

• Homogeneous Mixture: Contains uniform asphalt particles for consistent quality.
• Applications: Ideal for road surface construction, maintenance, or overlaying existing pavements.
• Application Rate: Generally 1.0 – 2.0 liters per sq.m.

Application Instructions

1. นำน้ำยา CRS-2 มาผสมกับน้ำในอัตราส่วน 2:1
2. Mixing Process: Always add water into the CRS-2 emulsion (not the other way around). Stir or agitate thoroughly until the mixture becomes completely homogeneous.
3. Surface Preparation: Clean the repair area by sweeping away all dust, debris, and loose particles.
4. Application: Pour and spread the mixed CRS-2 evenly over the repair area. Let it set for 10–15 minutes.
5. Filling: Apply PRO ONE Ready-to-Use Asphalt. Pour and compact layer by layer until it reaches the top surface.
6. Completion: Once the asphalt has fully hardened, the repaired surface is ready for normal traffic.

Additional Recommendations

• Compaction: Use heavy metal compaction tools or rollers to ensure maximum density, strength, and durability.
• Caution: NEVER pour CRS-2 emulsion into water. Always add water to the emulsion to prevent destabilization.
• Stirring: Keep stirring or agitating the mixture constantly to prevent loss of stability, premature breaking, or clumping.
