Description
PRO-1 Joint Sealer provides a firm bond without peeling, even when submerged in standing water for long periods. With high flexibility and excellent waterproofing properties, it effectively extends the lifespan of concrete roads by preventing water infiltration into joints.

Usage Rates
- Joint Size (W x D): 10 x 10 mm.
- Consumption: Approximately 0.14 kg per 1 meter of joint length.
Application Instructions
- Preparation: Clean the joints thoroughly. Ensure they are free from dust and the surface is completely dry.
- Melting: Melt the PRO ONE Joint Sealer (the plastic wrap does not need to be removed).
- Stirring: Stir frequently during the melting process to ensure uniform consistency.
- Temperature Control: * Maintain the heating oil temperature below 230°C. Maintain the joint sealer temperature below 180°C.
- Pouring: Once the sealer reaches a liquid state at 140–160°C, pour it into the prepared joints. หยอดในร่องที่เตรียมไว้
Additional Recommendations
- Fire Hazard: This product is flammable. Do not allow the melting temperature to exceed 180°C.
- Water Contamination: Strictly prevent water from mixing with the molten sealer. Water will cause the mixture to boil over and splatter, posing a serious danger to users.
- First Aid for Skin Contact
- DO NOT attempt to peel the material off immediately, as it may tear the skin.
- Immediately flush the affected area with cold water until the material cools down.
- Remove only the cooled portion and seek medical attention immediately.
- Firefighting: In case of fire, DO NOT USE WATER. Extinguish using Carbon Dioxide, dry chemical powder, foam, sand, or soil.
