Application Instructions

• Mixing: Mix the CRS-2 emulsion with water at a 1:1 ratio. Note: Always pour the water into the CRS-2 emulsion (not the other way around). Stir or agitate continuously until the mixture is uniform.
• Surface Preparation: Clean the repair area thoroughly by sweeping away all dust, debris, and loose particles. Pour or spray the mixed CRS-2 emulsion evenly over the repair area. Let it set for 10–15 minutes.
• Paving: Apply PRO ONE Ready-Mixed Asphalt over the treated surface. Compact the asphalt in layers until you reach the top level. Once the asphalt has hardened and set, the repaired surface is ready for normal traffic.

• Compaction: Use heavy metal compaction tools or rollers to ensure maximum density, strength, and durability.
• Stability Warning: Never pour the CRS-2 emulsion into water. You must stir the mixture constantly while adding water to prevent the emulsion from losing stability, breaking prematurely, or forming clumps.
